Project Overview
Global House is a Stockholm-based social enterprise offering services in beauty, tailoring, and professional cleaning.
Their mission is to combine skilled services with social sustainability by creating job opportunities for individuals far from the labor market.
While their work was impactful, their digital presence didn’t reflect the scale, professionalism or purpose behind the brand.

Challenge
The previous website lacked clarity, structure and consistency – which limited their ability to reach new partners, clients and funders.
As a multi-service organization, their offer was complex to present.
The challenge was to unify the brand and simplify communication, while maintaining depth and integrity.
Approach
We began with stakeholder interviews, analysis of their old site, and UX mapping to define user flows and service priorities.
Through regular client meetings and close collaboration, we redefined their brand tone, messaging and digital structure.
We developed a visual identity rooted in warmth and professionalism – including an updated logo, earthy color system and modern typography.
A full design system was implemented in Canva to support their internal content creation.
The website was rebuilt from the ground up in Squarespace, with intuitive navigation, clean layout, and modular blocks that clearly present each service offering.

Results & Impact
The collaboration between AssiDesign and Global House resulted in a complete redefinition of the organization’s digital identity and communication.
From the first stages of UX research to the final launch of their new website, every element was designed to reflect the values, structure, and professionalism behind their work as a social enterprise.
The new visual identity gave Global House a consistent and recognizable look across all platforms – from their logo and color palette to typography and photography style.
For the first time, their many service areas – beauty, tailoring, and cleaning – could be presented under one unified brand without losing clarity or depth. This improved both internal communication and external perception.
The new website, built in Squarespace, is structured around clear user journeys, with modular content blocks that allow for flexibility while maintaining brand cohesion.
Visitors now immediately understand what Global House does, who they serve, and how to get in touch – something that was previously unclear.
The professional layout and calm visual tone help build trust with both public institutions and private companies, positioning Global House as a credible and values-driven service provider.
Internally, the Canva asset system developed by AssiDesign has streamlined content creation for staff. With dedicated folders for services, staff photos, and marketing templates, the team can now create consistent materials without external support. This has strengthened ownership and increased efficiency.
Since the launch, Global House has reported a noticeable increase in engagement – particularly from larger corporate and municipal actors.
The new digital platform supports their long-term growth, strengthens their ability to communicate their social mission, and helps open new doors for collaboration.
In short, this was not just a redesign. It was a repositioning – elevating Global House from a fragmented digital presence to a cohesive, professional and impact-driven brand.
As part of the larger transformation, AssiDesign developed a complete brand identity for Global House – shaping how the organization presents itself both online and offline. A key focus was to elevate their digital presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, where the brand needed more consistency, clarity and a visual style that matched their values.
We created a unified visual language tailored for both platforms – including color palette, typography, image guidelines and layout principles. Each platform was given its own strategic tone:
On Instagram, we focused on approachability, visual storytelling and service visibility.
On LinkedIn, we emphasized professionalism, community impact and partnerships.
We built branded Canva templates to support ongoing content creation for both channels – covering posts, stories, updates, and announcements. In addition, we structured their content into visual and thematic pillars aligned with their core areas: beauty, tailoring, cleaning, sustainability and inclusion.
The result is a digital presence that feels cohesive, recognizable and aligned with Global House’s mission. Both platforms now work as strategic tools to reach new clients, build trust, and communicate their purpose-driven work to a broader audience.
